Passengers using City Sightseeing Sharjah services acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions below:

USE OF SERVICE AND TICKETS

Our staff will provide you with a printed ticket issued by our ticketing devices.

Always check prices and dates on your tickets.

Look after your ticket, you can't travel without a valid ticket.

The validity of the ticket is 24 hours from the time printed on it. When this period expires, you will not be able to use City Sightseeing Sharjah services. Extensions will not be given and you should buy another ticket.

You can use Hop on & Hop off tickets as many times as you like during the validity period of your ticket during operating times.

Tickets must remain in the possession of the passenger at all times and must be shown to the authorized staff if requested.

Inspections can be done by our supervisor at any time. Passengers found travelling without a valid ticket will be charged the full price for a new ticket or asked to leave the bus.

Tickets are non transferable.

Tickets are non refundable.

Complimentary tickets are non refundable.

Complimentary tickets expire at the time of usage.

CHILDREN

Children from 5 to 12 years old must purchase tickets to enter the bus.

Children under 5 years old can ride for free but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

AGENTS AND HOTEL TICKETS

If you buy the tickets from an authorized City Sightseeing Sharjah agent/partner or from your hotel, you will be provided with an 'Official Agent' ticket.

The 'Official Agent' ticket must be stamped by the agent and numbered.

The 'Official Agent' ticket must be validated by our staff at the boarding bus stop. You will be provided with a printed ticket in exchange which allows you to enjoy City Sightseeing Sharjah.

Any query, complaint, or request for a refund of a ticket purchased by the agent or the hotel must be referred to the authorized agent that made the transaction of the original ticket sale.

ACCIDENT OR LOSS

Please take care of your personal belongings while using the service.

City Sightseeing Sharjah is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any passenger's belongings. Unless due to our employees negligence.

OPERATING TIMES AND ROUTE

Times and frequency can vary according to yearly seasons. Please, ask our staff for more details and up to date operating times.

Delays or routes changes can occur. City Sightseeing Sharjah reserves the right to modify the itinerary or timings.

City Sightseeing Sharjah is not responsible for the weather conditions.

CAUTIONS AND BIDS

Standing on the top deck is completely forbidden. You must remain seated while the bus is in motion. You are only permitted to stand when the bus stops at the authorized bus stops.

Eating is forbidden on the bus.

The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the bus.

Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
